How long will it take for my Stars on Ice merchandise to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the United States. During peak tour seasons, please allow an additional 2-3 days for processing. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order ships.
What is your return policy for tour apparel?
We accept returns and exchanges on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of purchase. Please note that limited edition tour programs and autographed memorabilia are final sale and cannot be returned.
Are the products sold online the same as those available at the live shows?
Yes, our online store carries the same official tour merchandise found at the venues, including exclusive hoodies, tees, and accessories. We also occasionally offer online-only exclusives that are not available at the rink.
Do you ship internationally to fans outside of North America?

How should I care for my printed performance gear?
To preserve the quality of the graphics, we recommend machine washing your apparel inside out in cold water and hanging them to air dry. Avoid ironing directly on the printed designs.
